切实加强高校二级工会的建设

高校二级工会是高校工会工作的基础,二级工会应该根据自身的特点和院系部的实际情况开展各项活动。组织好二级教代会或全体教职工大会,应搞好院系的院系务公开工作;建立最基本的民主监督程序,维护教职工的切身利益;坚持议大事,多办实事,为广大教职工谋利益;协助院系搞好教学科研中心工作;活跃院系部气氛,组织好适宜教职工的文体娱乐活动;力争院系党政支持,更好地搞好工会工作。

To Practically Strengthen the Construction of Secondary Trade Unions in Colleges and Universities

Secondary trade unions in colleges and universities are the base of trade union work in colleges and universities. Secondary trade unions should develop programs according to its own characteristics and practical situations of various colleges and departments, should well organize secondary teachers' congress and whole teachers' congress and do well the job of making public the affairs of colleges and departments, should establish the fundamental process of democratic supervision and safeguard the immediate interests and benefits of teaching and staff members; they should also persist in the principle of discussing important matters and doing practical things in order to seek interests and interests for teaching and staff members; secondary trade unions need to help various colleges and departments to do well the work in teaching and research centers, to enliven the atmosphere of various colleges and departments and well organize culture and recreation activities which are favorable to teaching and administrative staff members; thus, supports from the Party and the Administration of various colleges and departments will be gained and trade union work will be done well.
