| 摘 要： | 公民的政治参与是一个国家政治现代化的重要标志。近年来,我国每年公布公民的政治参与率居高不下,但同时政治冷漠现象普遍存在。笔者结合自己所接触到的现象,运用马克思主义哲学的内外因辨证关系原理对高政治参与率下的政治冷漠的原因进行探析,以期对破解我国的政治冷漠现象有一定的借鉴意义。
