| Abstract: | "Judicial Interpretation of Marriage Law(3)" comes out suffering from attention and controversy,in which No.7 is one of the most controversial articles.Today,under the circumstances of promoting gender equality and being faced with house prices’ soaring,a clear definition of property rights really reflects economic equality between men and women and is conducive to the full protection of the donor’s free will. |
