| Abstract: | Sentencing recommendation procedures in procuratorial organs should be built through the scope of application,development,approval,and proposal of sentencing recommendation as well as the supervision and restriction of sentencing recommendation.The improvement of sentencing recommendation procedures is conductive to carrying out legal supervision functions and promoting its reformation for procuratorial organs. |
