| 摘 要： | 药家鑫案件已渐渐地淡出了人们的视野,然而该案所折射出的教育机制的缺失、人性道德的缺失、法制环境的缺失、社会氛围的缺失,值得我们进行深刻地反思,以促使我们深挖社会的病根,检讨教育的病源,治理滋生幽暗心理的土壤,改良传染病毒的气候。非但如此,不足以保护更多的张妙,也不足以挽救更多的药家鑫。

| Abstract: | We are really a forgetful ethnic.Yao Jiaxin’s case has been gradually fade out of people’s vision.However,this case reflects the lack of humanity education mechanism,lack of ethics,legal environment,the lack of social atmosphere of deletion,which is worth our deep reflection.Above all urge us to seek for social causes,review education cause,manage the darkness in our psychological soil,improve infectious virus climate.Not only that,we couldn’t protect more Zhang Miao,and also save more Yao Jiaxin. |
