| 摘 要： | 超期羁押是司法实践中长期存在又较难解决的现实问题,它的存在侵犯了被羁押人的合法权益,破坏了正常司法诉讼程序。文章分析了超期羁押的危害,并提出要解决好这一问题,必须转变观念、改革制度、提高办案人员的素质,完善立法。

| Abstract: | Extended detention is a difficult practical problem to solve existing in judicial pratice for a long time.Its existence violates the legitimate rights and interests of the detained person and damages the normal judicial proceedings.The article analyzes the harm of extended detention and points out that in order to solve this problem,we must change our concepts,reform the system,improve the quality of the investigators,and perfect legislation. |
