涉诉信访的现状及解决对策

涉诉信访是当前法院工作中的一个难点与热点问题,在我国司法权威还没有真正建立和民众法治意识不够高的现实情况下,对于涉诉信访宜疏不宜堵;应该从提高审判质量,增强裁判文书的说理性,搭建统一的涉诉信访处理平台等多方面着手,引导民众合法信访、理性信访。

Present Situation and Solutions of Petition Related to Litigation

Petition related to litigation is a hot and difficult problem in current work of the court.With the situation that China’s judicial authority has not really been established and the public legal awareness is not strong enough in China,petition related to litigation should be diverted not blocked.We should improve the quality of trial,enhance the rationality of judgment documents,build a unified platform to handle petition related to litigation,and then guide people to petition legitimately and rationally.
