| Abstract: | In judicial practice,the determination and sentencing of traffic offense by the perpetrator’s drunk driving are facing difficulties.We should stick to the principle of legality,uniform application of law,try to avoid sentencing similar cases differently,and hope to reasonably evaluate and hold back such cases. |
