| 摘 要： | 为了切实维护经营者和消费者双方的利益,保障公平竞争,促进市场健康发展,有必要对附赠式有奖销售进行立法完善。规定不正当附赠式有奖销售的法律责任,在立法上将其与商业贿赂加以正确的界定,有利于保护合法行为,制裁违法行为。

| Abstract: | In order to effectively safeguard the interests of both operators and consumers,maintain fair competition,and promote the healthy development of market,it is necessary to improve the legislation of complimentary premium sales.The provision of legal responsibility of improper complimentary premium sales and the correct definition between it and commercial bribery through legislation is beneficial to protecting legal acts and sanctioning violations. |
