Difficulty in Litigation Supervision from Implementation of the Civil Judgment

Our implementation of civil judgment is lack of supervision.There are legislative and theoretical barriers to limit the litigation supervision of procuratorial organs in the implementation of civil judgment.Analyzed from the perspective of the dimension of litigation supervision and executive powers of civil judgment,procuratorial organs’ legal supervision to the implementation of civil judgment is reasonable in the field of litigation supervision.It is a priority to modify the organic law of people’s procuratorate of our country.
