| 摘 要： | 交通肇事案件证据具有时间的一次性、材料的技术性、种类的多样性特点。对交通肇事案件的证据审查可以从个别证据审查和综合证据审查两方面进行。从犯罪构成角度出发,全面、客观、有联系地运用证据,有利于对交通肇事案件的正确处理。

| Abstract: | The evidence of traffic offense has some characteristics such as one-off time,technical material,and diversified sorts.The review of evidence in traffic offense can be carried out through individual and comprehensive review of evidence.Starting from the point of view of constitution of crime,it is conducive to correct treatment of traffic offense using the evidence comprehensively,objectively,and associatedly. |
