| 摘 要： | 调解是我国民间和司法程序解决纠纷的重要手段,具有极强的社会适应性和纠纷处理策略正当性。要实现诉前调解和诉讼调解的衔接,必须在工作机制上有所创新,只有通过建立长期有效的工作机制,才能将诉前调解和诉讼调解不断完善和发展。

| Abstract: | Mediation is an important means to resolve disputes both among the people and in judicial procedure,and has a strong social adaptation and a policy legitimacy of disputes resolution.In order to realize the convergence between mediation before litigation and litigation mediation,the working mechanism must be innovative.Only through establishing a long-term effective working mechanism can mediation before litigation and litigation mediation be improved and developed continuously. |
