| Abstract: | Prison prosecution departments must carry out effective supervision to separate custody.Through improving the present stationed procuratorial institutions,we should correct follow-up supervision procedures of violations and the implementation of procuratorial recommendations,actively explore innovative ideas,and promote the constant improvement of the inspection and supervision work of separate custody. |
