| 摘 要： | 案件管理中心的设立有利于加强同部诉讼监督,强化案件质量控制,并使检察资源得到合理配置,但运行中也存在诸多问题。要使案件管理中心顺利运行,必须明确职责,定位准确,配备优秀的干警,并保证系统软件开发的统一性。 |

| Abstract: | Establishing a case management center is conductive to strengthening internal supervision on litigation,intensifying the quality control of cases,and allocating procuratorial resources reasonably,but there are many problems in carrying it out.In order to make the case management center work smoothly,we must clearly define responsibilities,accurately make position,equip with outstanding police officers,and guarantee the unity of the development of system softwave. |
