| 摘 要： | 刑讯逼供在司法实践中屡禁不止有其历史和社会的原因,也有科技滞后,监督机制缺失等原因。要杜绝此类现象,应加快侦查科学技术的发展和应用,提高侦查人员的总体素质,强化司法机关的独立性,减少内部和外部对司法的干预。

| Abstract: | There are historical and social reasons for torture being used in judicial practice despite repeated prohibition as well as the reasons of technology lag and lack of supervision mechanism.In order to eliminate such phenomena,we must accelerate the development and application of investigative science and technology,improve the overall quality of the investigators,strengthen the independence of the judiciary,and reduce internal and external intervention in judicature. |
