| 摘 要： | 我国目前麻将盛行的异常现象是一种治安失序,它具有一定的社会危害性。产生这种治安失序的原因是多方面的,从治安秩序结构的角度来划分,可以将它们分为内部原因和外部原因,治安权威控制弱化、治安规范约束力下降、治安客体不遵守治安规范是产生这一现象的内部原因,也是主要原因。

| Abstract: | Now Majiang is flourishing in China because of the losing of public order,and it is very harmful to the society.It is caused by many reasons.From the perspective of the public security structure,it can be divided into inner reason and outer reason.The main reason or the inner reason is that the authority of public security is weakening,the control of public security is decaying and the object of public security doesn't observe the regulations. |
