| 摘 要： | 我国反倾销立法新近的修改确立了公共利益审查原则。正确理解反倾销公共利益审查的目的,是正确适用这一原则的前提。认为反倾销公共利益审查具有三个目的:加强对反倾销的立法控制;为国内相冲突的利益提供一个协调机制;加强反倾销立法的可合理接受性。

| Abstract: | The principle of public interest review has been established by the newly amendment to China's antidumping legislation. It is necessary for applying such principle rightly to understand the purposes of public interest review correctly. After making an analysis, the authors think that the public interest review has three main purposes. The first is to strengthen the legislative control of antidumping. The second is to provide a mechanism to harmonize the conflicting interests. The third is to strengthen the reasonable acceptability of antidumping legislation. |
