| 摘 要： | 教育改造工作科学化是推进监狱工作"三化"(法制化、科学化、社会化)建设的必然要求.当前,我国监狱机关应针对教育改造工作中存在的突出问题,打造专业化的民警队伍,探索科学的教育改造方法,建立科学的罪犯教育改造质量体系,努力实现教育改造工作的科学化.
