| 摘 要： | 中国已初步建立起了社会主义市场经济体制的框架,但并没有形成真正有效的市场竞争秩序,其中的影响因素很多,而目前最引人注目的就是外资企业的垄断行为对于市场竞争秩序的破坏.为此,必须遵守WTO的规则,修改完善国内的法律法规,规制外资企业,同时扶植、壮大国内企业,活跃市场竞争,从而实现市场竞争的实质正义,形成良好的竞争秩序.

| Abstract: | The frame of socialist market economy has been formed in China,but effective and competitive market order has not come into being.An eyecatching factor is the monopoly of foreign venture.It is necessary to abide by WTO rules,perfect national laws and regulations,regulate foreign ventures,enlarge national business and make market competition active so good competitive order can be formed. |
