企业基层共青团组织建设工作困境及对策思考

基层团组织是共青团全部工作和战斗力的基础。加强基层团组织建设,活跃基层共青团工作,是共青团完成各项任务的根本保证。目前不少企业基层团干部经验不够,待遇得不到保障;团组织活动资源缺乏、形式枯燥,不能很好地吸引青年。因此,企业基层团组织应选拔高素质的团干部,通过促进生产取得领导支持,通过助力青年成才吸引青年参与,从而提高企业基层团组织的生机与活力。
