微博反腐的法制化路径初探

微博反腐的兴起对于反腐工作既是机遇又是挑战。诸多微博反腐的成功案例在体现其巨大作用的同时,也反映出其本身存在的弊端与局限性。法制化将是微博反腐的最佳选择,只有从立法完善、机制构建、正当程序和司法建设等方面入手,将微博反腐纳入法制化的轨道,才能进一步发挥微博在反腐领域中的积极作用。

Preliminary Discussion on Legislation of Micro-bloging Anti-corruption

Micro-bloging,as a new blood,has been injected into the anti-corruption program.It represents both an opportunity and chaUenge.Many successful eases of anti-corruption via micro-blog bring surprising effects to the public,but also reflect the weakness and limitations of the blog.In this regard,legislation is vital for the miero-bloging anti-corruption.The miero-blog can play a more positive role in anti--corruption only when it is legislated in light of law-making,organization building,normal procedure and judicial construction.
