Government Capacity Building of Ethnic Townships in Yunnan Border Areas Analysis Based on P Ethnic Township

There are lacks of government capacity affected by a variety of factors in Yunnan border areas.The poverty of government capacity which greatly affects economic,political cultural development and socialist harmonious society construction process in this region including autonomy capacity,economic development capacity,public service capacity,organization and accordance capacity and studying capacity.Promoting the government capacity effectively is an important guarantee to enhance the economic and social devel- opment in Ethnic Townships of Yunnan border areas and ensure the effective development of Yunnan Province.
