| Abstract: | Efficiency of the lawsuit is one of the values of the evidence law, with the same importance as the truth discovery and justice in the procedure. Lower as it is than the truth discovery in the criminal procedural law, the efficiency of the lawsuit should be paid the same attention as the others. It is the pursuance of efficiency of the lawsuit that results in many differences between the civil and criminal procedural laws, which has long been neglected in our current civil procedural law and should be considered in the later legislations of evidence. |
