| 摘 要： | 在审查逮捕阶段的证据收集运用中,共存在十种不良倾向.为克服这些问题,从整体上讲,应当坚持证据审查的原则;从具体上讲,应当善于运用证据的审查方法.在多年司法实践的基础上,共归纳了八种行之有效的方法.

| Abstract: | Ten ill trends exist in the collection and exertion of evidences in the phase of examining and making decision of arrest. In order to overcome these problems,as a whole it should apply the principle of evidence examination,and from concrete aspect it should employ some methods to examine the evidence.Eight effective methods are concluded based upon experienced judicial practice. |
