| Abstract: | Qualitative and quantitative analysis of the metabolite of isnoiazid,namelyacetylisoniazid,in hair is performed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry.The concentration of acetylisoniazid in hair is 3. 2ng/mg.The avarage recoveryand the detect limit of acetylisoniazid are 84. 6% and 5ng respectively.The met-hod reported in this paper is simple,rapid and sensitive. |
