浅论我国法院设置体制的协作式专门化

法院设置体制改革是司法改革的重要内容,也是市场经济法律体系的重要组成部分。笔者以为,结合世界各国法院体制现代化的重要经验和我国的基本国情,采取中央和地方共同管理,以地方为主的,行政、商事等重要法院单独设置管理的协作式专门化法院体制是比较妥帖而适中的法院体制改革方案。
