| 摘 要： | 笔者通过对安徽省西南部地区潘村的调查研究,发现该村近年来已婚妇女外出就业人口呈明显上升趋势,这是当前流行的“农业女性化”观点所无法解释的。本文试图分析她们外出就业的动力机制。

| Abstract: | Through an investigation of Pancun Village in the southwest of Anhui Province, the authors discover that the number of married women there finding work elsewhere has markedly been on the increase, a trend that baffles explanation by the currently popular argument on the "feminization of agriculture." The present essay tries to analyse the motivation mechanism of that trend. |
