当前我国青少年网络犯罪对策研究

网络犯罪是计算机犯罪在网络社会的表现形式,随着网络技术的迅猛发展,我国青少年网络犯罪急剧增长,突出表现在发案率逐年递增,大案要案增多,对国家利益、社会公共利益及公民合法权益造成重大的损害,其严重的社会危害性已引起社会的高度重视。建议从教育、技术、法律及国际合作等方面进行有针对性的防治,防范和打击青少年网络犯罪。

Study in the Countermeasures against Internet Crimes of Today's Chinese Youth

Internet crime is a manifestation of the computer crimes in internetsociety. In line with rapid development of internet technology, internet crimes ofyouth in China are growing drastically. Their typical form is represented as yearlyarising of the crime rate, increasing of big case and eventual case, which haveheavily endangered the interests of state and social public, and the rational rights ofcitizen. Their dangerous effect on society is being paid high attention in all thesociety. We recommend implementing prevention against this problem with resourceof education, technology, laws and international collaboration.
