| 摘 要： | 近年来，随着越来越多的损害国家利益、社会公共利益案件的发生，公益诉讼成为社会关注的热点。我国现行法律还没有对公益诉讼做出明确规定。就提起公益诉讼的主体范围的初步研究来看，公益诉讼主体应当多元化。

| Abstract: | In recent year, with more and more cases that hurt public interest arise, public interest litigation becomes the focus of society. There are no definite articles about public interest litigation in our current provisions of law. For the case which did damage to public interest occurs, who should be the qualified plaintiff. This essay researches the plaintiff of public interest litigation and propose the point that the plaintiff should be diversified. |
