莪连颗粒治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎临床疗效观察

目的观察莪连颗粒治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(chronic atrophic gastritis,CAG)的临床疗效。方法将60例CAG患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,分别给予莪连颗粒、胃复春治疗,疗程均为6个月。观察并比较两组临床症状总积分的变化,以及单个症状疗效和胃黏膜萎缩、肠腺化生、慢性炎症的疗效。结果两组治疗后症状总积分均较治疗前显著降低(P0.01);两组治疗前后症状总积分差值比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。在胃脘疼痛、胃脘痞闷、疲乏方面,以及在胃黏膜肠腺化生和胃黏膜萎缩方面,治疗组的疗效显著优于对照组(P0.05,或P0.01)。结论莪连颗粒能有效改善CAG患者的临床症状及胃黏膜的慢性炎症、萎缩、肠腺化生。

Clinical Efficacy of E-Lian Granule in Patients with Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of E-Lian Granule in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG). Methods Sixty CAG patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. The treatment group was given E-Lian Granule and the control group was given Weifuchun Tablet. Both groups underwent 6 months of treatment. The total score of clinical symptoms and improvements in single symptom, gastric mucosal atrophy, intestinal metaplasia, and chronic inflammation were recorded and compared between the two groups. Results The total scores of clinical symptoms in two groups were significantly decreased after treatment (P<0.01). There were no significant difference in the change in total score of clinical symptoms between the two groups (P>0.05). Compared with the control group, the treatment group had significantly relieved epigastric pain, epigastric fullness, fatigue, gastric intestinal metaplasia, and gastric mucosal atrophy (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion E-Lian Granule can significantly improve clinical symptoms, gastric intestinal metaplasia, and gastric mucosal atrophy in CAG patients.
