在＂十二五＂时期,面对新形势、新任务和新要求,要推动检察工作科学发展,检察机关需要注意正确处理好八个方面的重大关系,即党和国家中心工作与检察职权行使的关系,中国特色社会主义法律体系的形成与检察职权行使的关系,人民群众不断增强的司法需求与检察职权行使的关系,加强刑事检控、职务犯罪侦查与强化诉讼监督的关系,办案数量、质量、效率和效果的关系,强化法律监督与强化自身监督的关系,检察业务发展与检察工作保障的关系,检察业务建设与检察队伍建设的关系。
