| 摘 要： | 刑法对正当防卫制度作了较大的修改补充 ,缩小了防卫过当的范围。刑法第 2 0条第 3款是对防卫限度的提示性规定 ,对解决司法实际问题有重要意义。文章并从价值角度对规范加以分析。
