| Abstract: | The internet is developing at an astonishing speed nowadays.It not only improves the growth of the world economy,but also has a meaningful influence over government administration.On one hand,internet lends itself to promote the administrative efficiency of government and people's consciousness to participate in democracy.On the other hand,the passive effects which emerge from internet are raising new challenges to the management of govermment. |
