| 摘 要： | 由于历史的原因,我国一直没有建立起完善的、独立的粮食支持保护制度。滞后的支持保护制度显然难以适应市场经济和加入WTO的要求。因此,创新粮食支持保护制度,建立具有中国特色的、独立的、完善的、能够灵活地应付各种冲击的粮食支持保护制度尤为重要。
