| 摘 要： | 依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家已经作为我国的基本国策和奋斗目标被确定下来。这一方针政策的提出,标志着我国的民主与法制建设发展到一个新阶段。依法治国,是中国共产党领导人民治理国家的基本方略,是国家长治久安的重要保障。实行依法治国,不仅是我国经济体制改革的要求,也是全面实现社会主义现代化的保障。文章探讨了实现社会主义法治的基本对策。
