| Abstract: | In the system of criminal law, the overall significance of the principle of prohibiting repetitive assessment can be embodied only in meting out penalty. The target, stage, and field of the principle of prohibiting repetitive assessment should be demarcated accurately. It is necessary to legislate this principle and modify some content of the criminal codes in accordance with it. |
