| 摘 要： | 腐败不但是构建和谐社会的最大障碍，而且是影响党执政地位的最大隐患。在探索反腐败的措施方面，除了健全现有规章制度外，还应探索在制度外寻求反腐败的动力。抵制腐败，防止公仅异化，最根本的动力是来自社会的力量。

| Abstract: | Corruption is not the biggest obstacle to build a harmonious society,but also the biggest hidden danger to affect the party＇s ruling status. In the exploration of anti-corruption measures, in addition to sound the existing rules and regulations, we must also seek to explore the other driving force. Resisting corruption, preventing the alienation of public power, the most fundamental driving force comes from the strength of the comminity. |
