| 摘 要： | 在全总主持的群众性经济技术创新活动中,行政与工会配合的和谐程度直接影响该项工程的推进效果。工会与行政的工作在该项工程中有着天然的结合点,彼此只要相互支持就能便捷地实现各自在企业中的使命。工会如能加强自身的影响力,会更容易争取到行政的支持。

| Abstract: | A coordination level between trade unions and administration directly affect the project of massive economic technological innovation that is taken charge by ACFTU.As long as trade unions and administration support this project, they can realize their own task in enterprises.If trade unions strengthen their own influence, it's easy for them to get administration's support. |
