民众评价活动中的误导、悖论和言论自由

民众评价活动在众多个体评价活动的传播互动中形成。其"无机方式"使得它容易被民众领袖和权威机构误导,由此就产生了悖论。言论自由是解决这一悖论的重要途径。可以从哲学的自由角度和政治学的民主角度来理解言论自由的涵义。不同涵义的言论自由对于悖论解决的意义不一样,它们相互补充。要在政治文明建设中促进民众评价活动中的言论自由。

Misleading and Fallacies in Evaluation Activity of People vs. Liberty of Speech

The evaluation activity of people forms in the spread and interaction of many individual evaluation activities.The "abio-mode" of people evaluation makes it easy to be misled by mass leaders and authorities,fallacies are,therefore,produced.However,the important way to solve the fallacies is liberty of speech,which may be understood from the point of view of freedom in philosophy and democracy in politics.The liberties of speech with different meanings are complementary to each other.Efforts should be made to boost the speech freedom of people evaluation in the course of building political civilization.
