摘    要:从广州市社情民意中心提供的《广州政务窗口服务满意度追踪报告》来看,近四年来,广州市在提升政务窗口服务水平上确实作了很大的努力,但仍存在一些突出的问题。提升政务窗口服务水平既是一项长期的任务,也是一项系统工程,需要从政府职能、思想观念、健全机制等多方面入手,统筹解决存在的问题。

Abstract:According to Tracking Questionnaire about the Service Satisfaction of Guangzhou Municipal Affairs Windows sponsored by Guangzhou municipal research centre of community public sentiment,of late 4 years,Guangzhou municipality has made a tremendous effort to elevate the service level of municipal windows,but still with some problems.Striving to elevate the service level of governmental windows is both a chronic mission and a systems engineering,and requires municipality to solve the existing problems in a planned way from the aspects of governmental function,ideological sanity,mechanical construction,etc.
