| 摘 要： | 建立了检测猪生殖和呼吸综合征（ＰＲＲＳ）的微量间接免疫荧光抗体试验（ＩＦＡ）。用该方法检测进境种猪７８８头，检出阳性１４头；检测国内猪９６０头，检出阳性６５头。比较试验证明，微量ＩＦＡ与美国的室玻片ＩＦＡ有相同的敏感性和特异性

| Abstract: | Of 788 imported pigs,14 were positive by an Establishment micro indirect fluorescent antibody test for the detection of poricne reproductive and respiratory syndrome viral antibody.Of 960 domestic pigs,65 were positive,M IFA was identical sensitivity and specificity in comparison with America chamber slide IFA. |
