| Abstract: | A statisticomathematical analysis of microscopic changes in the myocardium has established pathognomonic and differential-diagnostic morphological signs for diagnosis of acute ischemic heart disease--acute coronary failure and acute myocardial infarction at the prenecrotic stage. The results of chromotrop 2B water blue staining of histological preparations and polarization microscopy were compared. |
