| Abstract: | In order to improve the trade unions work of enterprises, it is of great importance to strengthen establishment of the system of safeguarding rights, especially, to firmly safeguard the rights of peasant laborers. What's more, broad masses of the workers and staff members should be organized to render meritorious service and make a distinguished career in order to realize the Eleventh Five-year Plan. In the process of work, the tactics of work should be taken. |
