我国当前电子政务发展策略研究

电子政务是一种崭新的政府管理形态,通过推行电子政务实现政府管理创新已成为推动世界新一轮公共行政管理改革的重要途径。我国目前电子政务建设已步入快速发展时期,但还存在着诸多制约其发展的因素,急需采取切实有效措施及时加以解决。当前,一方面要根据国情,制定切实可行的电子政务发展规划,建立健全电子政务的组织机制与评估体系,另一方面要通过深化行政管理改革,实施电子政务的人才战略、加大投资力度和完善电子政务法律法规,以加速电子政务的建设步伐。

Strategy Research about Current E-government Development in China

E-government is a kind of brandnew government management form.Governmental management innovation through e-government has become an important way of administrative reformation in the world.At the present time,e-government construction has stepped in rapid growth period in our country,but there are many factors restricting the construction of e-government.So effective measures should be adopted.Nowadays,on the one hand,we should chart a feasible direction according to our country's basic state and establish a mechanism and evaluation system;on the other hand,we should speed up our e-government construction through following a strategy of talented persons,intensifying investment and perfect laws.
