Abstract: | The article divided 90 cases of patients with dificiency of splenic ( DS ) into diarrhea group and non-diarrhea group according to diarrhea or non-diarrhea, and compared the symptoms and the relevant object targets of the two groups. The results made clear that the frequencis of the general symptoms of the systemic dysfunction were higher in the diarrhea group than that in the non-diarrhea group ( P<0.05, 0.01 ) ; the obsorp-tivity of D-xyJose, hemoglobin, red blood cell, plasma albumin and the parameters of hemodynamics and hemorheology in the diarrhea group were lower than that in the non-diarrhea group ( P<0.05, 0.01). The results pointed out that the degree of nourishment malaabsorption and syistcmic dysfunction in the diarrhea DS are sereiouser than that in the non-diarrhea DS. |
