| 摘 要： | 目的：观察还元注射液对大鼠实验性脑出血和急性脑出血患者血液中血小板聚集率（ＰＡＧ）的影响。方法：利用脑立体定位、微量注射身体血法复制大鼠脑出血模型。同时，随机选６０例急性脑出血病例，观察还元注射液治疗后血中ＰＡＧ的变化。结果：脑出血模型动物、急性脑出血患者血中ＰＡＧ明显上升，还元注射液可在一定程度上抑制这种改变。结论：还元液射液对脑出血外周血中ＰＡＧ水平影响可能是其治疗出血性脑卒中的机制之一。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of Huanyuan injection on PAG (Platelet Aggregation) in the blood from experimental rats and patients with intracranial hemorrhage.Method:The acute intracranial hemorrhage model of rats was made by means of stero orientation and microinjecting self blood,and at the same time,sixty patients with acute intracranial hemorrhage were randomly selected to observe the changes of PAG in the blood.Result:Increasing level of PAG could be detected,meanwhile Huanyuan injection could antagonize the differentiation.Conclusion:The effect of Huanyuan injection on PAG may shed some light on its therapeutic mechanism for acute hemorrhage stroke. |
