EFFECTS OF PROCESSING ON TOXICITY AND PHARMACOLOGICAL ACTION OF PHYTOLACCA ACINOSA ROXB
Abstract:
Objective:Exploring the processing effects in toxicity and pharmacological action of Phytolacca acinosa Roxb.Method:Using different processing method,observe LD 50 and diuretic actions.Result:The toxicity of steamed Phytolacca acinosa Roxb and vinegar boiled Phytolacca acinosa Roxb is the lowest,but diuretic actions of variously processed Phytolacca acinosa Roxb descent by deffect degree compared with the original rude dug.Conclusion:Steam processing and vinegar boil processing are the best methods for Phytolacca acinosa Roxb.
