| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨炮制对直序商陆毒性和药效的影响。方法：采用不同的炮制方法，观察其急性毒性及利尿作用。结果：清蒸品和醋煮品毒性最小，而各炮制品的利尿作用与原药材相比均有不同程度下降，结论：清蒸法和醋煮法为直序商陆炮制的最佳工艺。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:Exploring the processing effects in toxicity and pharmacological action of Phytolacca acinosa Roxb.Method:Using different processing method,observe LD 50 and diuretic actions.Result:The toxicity of steamed Phytolacca acinosa Roxb and vinegar boiled Phytolacca acinosa Roxb is the lowest,but diuretic actions of variously processed Phytolacca acinosa Roxb descent by deffect degree compared with the original rude dug.Conclusion:Steam processing and vinegar boil processing are the best methods for Phytolacca acinosa Roxb. |
