灯盏花注射液对脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用

摘    要:目的:研究灯盏花注射液对避灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用及机制。方法:采用大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型,观察灯盏花注射液对血清胞浆酶及fos蛋白表达的影响。结果:脑缺血现后血清胞浆酶含量及foa蛋白表达显增加(P<0.01);灯花注射液可明显降低脑缺血再灌注后血清胞浆酶含量,下调fos蛋白的高表达(P<0.01),结论:灯盏花注射液对脑缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用,其机制可能与其犯罪 清胞浆酶及下调fos蛋白高表达有关。

PROTECTIVE EFFECTS OF ERIGERON INJECTION ON CEREBRAL ISCHEMIC AND REPERFUSION INJURY

Abstract:Objective:To study the protective effects of erigeron injection(EI) on cerebral ischemic and reperfusion injury.Method:Animal model of focal cerebral ischemia and reperfusion injury was established in SD rats and the effects of EI on serum cytosolic enzymes,expression of fos protein were observed.Result:After cerebral ischemia and reperfusion injury,serum cytosolic enzymes,expression of fos protein increased significantly(P<0.01).EI could decrease the contents of serum cytosolic enzymes and high expression of fos protein(P<0.01).Conclusion:EI has the neuroprotective effects on cerebral ischemia and reperfusion injury.The mechanism may relate with EI decreasing serum cytosolic enzymes and inhibiting expression of fos protein.
