| 摘 要： | 由新建企业劳动关系的特征所决定 ,新建企业工会工作呈现出以下特点 :以工资集体合同为抓手 ,围绕推行集体谈判、签订集体合同制度展开各项工作 ;坚持围绕企业生产和经营管理开展活动 ;重视教育职能 ,增强职工的法制观念 ,提高职工的综合素质。
