| 摘 要： | 军事法律关系是军事法律规范调整特定范围内涉及国家军事利益的社会关系时所形成的权利与权、权利与义务之间的关系 ,它是一种公法法律关系 ,核心是权利与权力、权利与义务的统一。在我国民主法治建设的关键时期 ,军事法律关系将向着国际化、科学化、社会化、民主化方向发展。

| Abstract: | Under military laws adjust the special society relations that refer to national military benefit,military jural relations form.Military jural relations is that of right and power,right and duty,and it is a kind of the public jural relations ,its nucleus is the combine of right and power,right and duty.During establishment of democratic state under the rule of law,military jurla relations will develop in the direction of internationalization,a scientific style,socialization,democratization. |
